Catholic Healthcare Partners (CHP) offers a distinctive and highly competitive fellowship that enables recipients to gain valuable experience and advance their healthcare careers. Our Health Fellowship provides fellows with an opportunity for customized learning and professional development, teamwork with seasoned healthcare leaders and engaging projects that foster the development of practical knowledge and leadership capability.

Health Fellowship
The Health Fellowship is an intensive, two-year program of hands-on learning, study, professional development and mentorship customized to the career goals of each fellow. Learning takes place at the market-focused, facility-specific level and at the regional level. In addition, each fellow has direct involvement at the home office level in highly collaborative, strategic teamwork with home office leadership and other high-level managers.

Catholic Healthcare Partners entered its first fellowship cadre in 2005 and will open the application process again for 2007 graduates. Applicants should hold a graduate degree in healthcare administration, business administration, mission services, ethics or other related fields. Previous work experience is highly desirable. Catholic Healthcare Partners has a strong, mission-driven commitment to diversity and inclusion.
