Cincinnati, OH (May 30, 2012) -- Catholic Health Partners has been named a 2012 Best Employer in Ohio in the large employer category by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) – Ohio State Council and Best Companies Group.
 

The ranking is based on an employee engagement and satisfaction survey that covered eight areas: leadership and planning, corporate culture and communications, role satisfaction, work environment, relationship with supervisor, training and development, pay and benefits, and overall engagement.
 

This is the second such award CHP has received within the past six months. In November, the Cincinnati Business Courier named CHP the Best Place to Work in the large companies category in the Greater Cincinnati Best Places to Work.
